I WAS you until I discovered what was at the root of my anxious feelings & low mood. I spent my childhood stressed, overwhelmed & “too sensitive”. I cried daily, was at the mercy of my negative thoughts & unpredictable moods.
I was reactive, indecisive, & incredibly insecure. Then, everything changed when my college mentor shared some principles with me that helped me better understand myself. This understanding paved the way for me to experience a more stable state of mind, which inspired me to pursue a MA in Counseling Psychology (plus several certifications) so I could help others realize their full potential.
I’ve studied with leaders in the fields of trauma, attachment, energy medicine, shamanic healing & Neurofeedback; dedicating 25+ years to learning/applying holistic healing approaches & neuroscience-based strategies. I’m excited to offer some of the most practical, at-home strategies to you, so you can build your own roadmap to sustainable mental and emotional health.
